1. The service

Vrtmv provides a Linux migration and parity-attestation product and a hosted translation API, licensed per account. The curated Translation Index is served, not distributed.

2. Accounts and tokens

You are responsible for safeguarding your API tokens. Tokens can be issued, rotated, and revoked from the customer portal. Usage is metered per account.

3. Billing

Billing is on distinct migrated VMs, per the plan on your order form. Preflight and readiness checks are free; migrations to a free target are free. See accounts, quota & billing.

4. Acceptable use

Use of the service must comply with applicable law and your agreement with Vrtmv.

5. Order of precedence

Where a signed master agreement or order form exists, it governs over these terms.
